Norcott. D'Esterre Parker, sworn, states : - In the month of November last, Attai applied to me
to have a transfer of the Central Market drawn from Wei Aquis to himself,
stated that Aquis owed him over 2,000 Dollars, besides his being security
for the payment of a number of debts due by the Market to various parties, who had lent money for the building of the Market.
